HA! We try to do that too. Also, we need to turn the Wiimote so it doesn’t point at the screen so the “hand” goes away. We have the problem of setting one Wiimote down but Lu-Lu sitting on another one somewhere else on the couch. Then we have to go find the Wiimote that is now player 1.

I’ve had the same problem with netflix on the wii. Stupid “B” button always stopping the movie. Then my 7 year old says to me… “Why don’t you just lay the wiimote on it’s side. Then it won’t push the button.”
…
Ya, I already thought of that just was seeing if you could figure it out! yes that’s it exactly… uhh… ya…

True Narnians have to read all 7 of them! The movies, while visually stunning can be a bit inaccurate. The books are an excellent read.

I must say, however that I only made it through 2 of the (C.S. Lewis) Sci-Fi trilogy titles. (“Out of the Silent Planet,” and “Perelandra”) I’ll have to give them all another go and see if “That Hideous Strength” is more interesting 20 years later.

Interesting that you say your favourite Narnia book was the Horse and his Boy, Chelsea. When I tried to read the Narnia series, that was the one that stumped me. I couldn’t finish it, I got bored. So I only got to book three of the series before giving up. I should probably try again sometime, because I hate seeing the movie before I read the book, and as they’re not filming the movies in order of the books there are movies out when I’ve not read those books.

Allergies are so bad here that olive and fruitless mulberry trees are illeagal to plant. Unfortunately, the University is an aroritum and can have any kind of tree…and they do. The cars get nicely dusted twice a year.

Best burger I can think of close is from a small sandwich shop called Honey Bee Ham. I don’t know if it is a franchise thing or local. They offer a jalapeno sourdough bun, toasted w/no seeds, your choice of several cheeses(swiss for me), l,t,p and they have SWEET POTATO FRIES!!! AbsToluteingly Fantastical. Anyway. I ate at the 5guys JTM is talking about and I did not die from teenager germs. Eh. It was a burger. A bit expensive.

I voted NO, but think some clarification is in order:
If the challenge goes unanswered by the “questionee”, he/she has the option to call out the questioner (as occurred in the podcast). If the questioner has a valid song/lyric, he/she gets the point, if not neither player scores (or maybe a point deduction rule comes into play).
